1. The competition is open to UK residents who are aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Royal & SunAlliance and LBC and their families.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entries are limited to one per person. Entries must be received by 11.59pm on the 15th July 2007.
4. Any entry that is damaged, illegible, lost or misplaced, incomplete or fraudulent, or which otherwise does not comply with these rules, will be disqualified.
5. The 10 entrants who enter a business name selected by the judge will receive a 30 GB Video iPod. In addition, the 10 businesses whose names are selected by the judge will qualify for one year's free MORE TH>N BUSINESS Shop Insurance, subject to their eligibility.
6. Prizes are as described. There is no cash alternative and the prizes are non-transferable. If, for any reason, the prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute it with one of similar value.
7. Winners will be chosen by an independent third party judge from all eligible entries received. The winning entries will be selected within one week of the closing date and the winners will be notified by email or telephone within one week thereafter.
8. iPod winners may be required to participate in any after event publicity and hereby consent to the use of their names, locations and photographs and to speak to the media if required.
9. All entrants agree to be bound by the rules and terms of this competition.
10. Winners names and counties will be available on request by sending an SAE to August One Communications, 5 Albion Court, Galena Road, Hammersmith, London, W6 0QT within one calendar month of the closing date.
11. The decisions of the independent third party judge are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
